I visited the Ethiopian Diamond restaurant in the Roger's Park neighborhood of Chicago to complete an assignment for a local publication. It was Sunday brunch and the lighting was just perfect, making the atmosphere moody. The room was warm with the smell of finger foods simmering and hints of aroma from the freshly brewed coffee.
